- Paper plates, white cups, utensils and napkins are provided in the party room.
- We do all the clean up.

Party Reminders:

· $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date (no exceptions.)

· PLEASE ARRIVE NO MORE THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF YOUR PARTY. WE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR PARTY TIME IF YOU ARE LATE.  THUS, YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY UNUSED PARTY TIME.

· There is a $7.00 charge per additional child over the number included in your party package.

· YOU CANNOT SWITCH YOUR PARTY TYPE (BIG BOUNCE VS. BOUNCE) ON THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY BECAUSE YOUR ROOM SIZE IS DETERMINED BY YOUR ORIGINAL RESERVATION AND THIS WILL ULTIMATELY AFFECT OUR OVERALL PARTY SCHEDULE FOR THE ENITRE DAY.  IF YOU NEED TO SWITCH YOUR PARTY TYPE AFTER RESERVATION IS MADE BUT BEFORE PARTY DATE, CALL US TO SEE IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST.  NO ACCOMODATIONS ARE GUARANTEED. 

· Party room space is limited and may be standing room only for adults. You must select the Big Bounce party or Private Party package if you are expecting a large number of adults or kids to keep the party room space comfortable for your guests.

· Pizzas are made fresh so they require at least 20-30 minutes to prepare, please provide us advance notice if you need us to prepare pizzas for your event.

· All party guests must leave after the party ends, however, extra play time can be purchased for $20.00 per half hour.  Additional party room time cannot be purchased.

· All guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian to play in the inflatable play area or basketball area.  IF YOU TO WANT TO PASS OUT THE WAIVER EARLY OR SEND IT WITH INVITATIONS CLICK HERE FOR PRINTABLE WAIVER .

· Socks are required to play in the inflatable play area.

· All parties include a party helper who will clean up or assist you as needed.

· You are welcome to use your own decorations; However, please NO SILLY STRING OR CONFETTI.

· Themed/colored tablecloths are not provided, please bring up to 4 if you want them for your party.

· DON'T FORGET TO BRING CAKE/CUPCAKES, GOODIE BAGS, PARTY FAVORS, THEMED DECORATIONS, BALLOONS, CAKE KNIFE, CANDLES, CAMERA, AND A LIGHTER IF YOU WOULD LIKE THESE ITEMS FOR YOUR PARTY.

· OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED (except cake and cupcakes.)
